The Institute for Environment and
Sanitation Studies (IESS)
will host partner institutions of CARIAA during the 4th Adaptation at Scale in Semi-Arid Regions (ASSAR) Annual
meeting scheduled for 25-30th July at the Royal Senchi Hotel near
Akosombo in the Eastern Region of Ghana. The meeting will be attended by consortium

project focuses on improving the understanding the barriers, enablers and
limits to climate change adaptation in semi-arid regions from now until 2030.
This fourth Annual meeting is
Research into-Use (RiU) focused and intended among others to devise
effective ways of ensuring research results and findings are shared with key
stakeholders for uptake in policy and decision making
processes.
